Novice Rider Training Course (Subject to amendment for
Compulsory Training)
|

|
|
|
|
|
Novice rider training courses are
typically of a 6 to 12 hour duration. The structure and actual training
time will vary depending on the learning rate of each rider. The
instructor will run through 5 modules at a pace to suit the pupil. The
only module with a set minimum time will be the on road training, this
being at least 3 hours. |

The aim of this level of training is to introduce
the rider to the importance of the correct clothing, machine
familiarisation, basic riding techniques, on road awareness and
riding safely in a variety of road and traffic situations. |

|

An insurance assessment can
be conducted at the end of this course with the aim of achieving at least a
